The National Guard in Connecticut requires a Subsistence Prime Vendor Program for the supply and distribution of food items directly to the end users, within the State of Connecticut. The Agency anticipates a cost plus fixed fee contract. This procurement will be conducted using best value source selection procedures. A pre-solicitation conference will be scheduled at a later date. The types of subsistence required are from all major categories excluding operational rations. Acquisition will be for a one year period plus two one year options to extend. All reasonable sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the Agency.
