A technical proposal is required including a Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance/Experience, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Quick Response (QR), Manufacturing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, Socioeconomic Plan and Mentoring Business Agreement. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type contract with a minimum quantity of 29,100 and maximum quantity of 78,000 for the Man's Coat and a minimum quantity of 11,740 and maximum quantity of 35,950 for the Woman's Coat. Delivery order #0001 will be for 24,000 each (Man's) and 8,630 each (Woman's). Four (4) one year term options will be included. Destinations is Albany, GA for depot shipments. There are two Quick Response locations for this acquisition. This is an unrestricted acquisition with evaluation preference for SDB concerns.
