This is for options for NSWC's Larson Davis Signal Analyzers, Model 3200: eight (8) each of a Digital Filter, 1/1, 1/3, 1/12, 1/24 Octave Digital Filter 3200 Option 30; two (2) Firmware-Upgrade, upgrade from 3.XX to 4.XX Code FWU-3200; and two (2) each Power Supply Module: AC power cooling fan Module 3200 Option 107. Larson Davis is the original manufacture of NSWC's Signal Analyzers and is the only producer of the hardware required for the upgrading of our systems. Larson Davis is the only manufacture that NSWC can be certain the options will have the required form, fit and function. Anticipated award is on or about 15 AUG 1997. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
