PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Army National Guard at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks, CT require construction of Phase II of Additions and Alterations to the Army Aviation Support Facility. The work includes demolition of interior partitions, doors, cielings, flooring, utilites and apputenances; partial removal of exisiting slab on grade for new utilites; construction of new interior partitions, doors, ceilings, flooring, utilities, and apputenances; exterior window replacement; masonry cleaning and repointing; concrete loading dock; chimney demolition; landscaping and site improvements; and aircraft parking area rehabilitiation by milling exisiting area and providing 2 " overlay. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A firm fixed price contract is expected.
