The work at Sub A includes replacing existing high voltage protective relaying. The work at Sub K includes installing 138 kv circuit switchers, 138/34.5 kv transformers, fiber optic communications between various substations, 34.5 kv circuits, power cable duct banks, a prefabricated control house containing new 34.5 kv switch gear, and various protective relaying. The work at Sub F includes replacing 34.5/6.9 kv, 34.5/2.4 kv, and 6.9/0.79 kv transformers along with their associated primary and secondary cables, 6.9 kv switch gear and circuits, and fiber optic communications to Sub K. The work at Sub G includes extending existing 34.5 kv overhead bus work, installing new 34.5 kv circuit breakers, grounding transformers, fiber optic communications, 34.5 kv disconnect switches, tie circuits, rerouting 34.5 kv circuits, expanding the control building, and relocating 34.5 kv surge arresters. The work at Sub B includes removing 34.5 kv transformer cables and installing new 34.5 kv cables to various transformers. The work at Sub D consists of five options, each option includes the replacing of a 34.5/2.4 kv transformer and its associated primary and secondary circuits, and base work of rerouting some 2.4 kv circuits. All requirements in this Statement of work (SOW) shall apply to both the base contract and all options. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. FIXED PRICE CONTRACT is contemplated. Construction Estimate is between $1,000,000. And $5,000,000. Solicitation Forms will be made available as soon as opening date is established. Option(s) may be part of the Construction package for additional work. Request for copies of this proposed procurement should be received as soon as possible in order to facilitate mailing of same to the extent copies are available directly to the inquirer at time of issuance.
