The project will include approximately 220,000 cubic yards of fill material over a 60-acre area to meet design grades. Place approximately 60 acres of geosynthetic clay liner; including required erosion control measures, grading, concrete revetment mat, riprap, silt fence, erosion control matting, seeding, and mulching. Also includes construction of 4-inch diameter PVC methane gas vents. Network Analysis System will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
