Martin, Contracting Officer, 314-260-1206 This requirement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform the following services: (1) Dismantle, move and reassemble seven existing 72160V White Power Files 2000 from Scott Avenue, St. Louis, to 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis -- - -- six each with 16 levels of full suspension drawers for Top Tab Folders, one each with 12 levels of full suspension drawers for Top Tab Folders; (2) dismantle, move and reassemble three existing Kardex Lektriever 80 Power Files from Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, Human Resources Office to 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis -- - -- three each with 14 carriers with pull out drawers; (3) dismantle and remove existing high density mobile storage system, take to storage or dispose of parts; (4) supply carts, load and move existing files, unload carts into power files and remove carts; (5) IF REQUIRED -- - off load for storage at NIMA warehouse, North Tucker Street, St. Louis, reload and deliver as originally plannedfor three Lektrievers, (2) above. Due to proprietary rights of related software, regional factory-designated service representatives, and an existing annual maintenance contract for the power files, this is expected to be a sole source acquisition. 100 percent set-aside for small business.
