The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) is seeking potential sources of supply for two types of lift trucks. Type I is a 55,000 pound capacity Rough Terrain Container Handler and Type II is a 50,000 pound capacity Rough Terrain Forklift Truck. Commonality of parts between the two trucks is to be maximized. The single contract for both types of vehicles will potentially be for 300(+) each Type I vehicles and 76 each Type II vehicles. To determine if the current performance requirements are achievable and to establish contractor interest, we are requesting potential offerors respond to a detailed Purchase Description Review Questionnaire. The Purchase Description includes requirements to accommodate both Reach Stacker and Mast Lift Trucks.
