Blotzer (573) 596-0251 (Site Code DABT31) The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to install radiator valves and pump bypass valves in the 600, 700, and 800 areas at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Project includes but is not limited to demolition of existing dielectric unions and demolition of copper elbow fittings; installation of new thermostatic radiator valves with a 1/2" or 3/4" dielectric union in the supply lines of each radiator; relocation of existing hot water piping as required to allow the installation of new bypass valves, connections, pressure switch and arc suppressor; installation of new J-boxes, conduit and power feeds. Project range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Completion time is 120 calendar days. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only.
