Expand sprinkler protection to cover the presently unspringled areas of building, except wet pipe systems in office areas; replace and consolidate fire suppression and fire alarm controls in a single location; upgrade existing firewater storage tank; abate lead based paint; install fire-rated doors and windows in existing internal buildings. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $27.00 (reduced size) or $63.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
