The work consists of the following: Renovating toilet room plumbing, furnishing and fixtures. Work consists of Phase I with an option to perform Phase II. The work of Phase I includes the demolition and replacement of plumbing risers and fixtures in Wing E. The plumbing line scope of work area shall extend to five feet away from the exterior of the building perimeter. Phase I shall be substantially complete before Phase II begins. The notice to exercise the option shall be issued 30 calendar days before completion of Phase I. The Option includes the demolition and replacement of plumbing risers and fixtures in Wing A/C. The plumbing lines scope of work area shall end at the bottom of the stack within the building. The period of performance for Phase I is 96 calendar days. The period of performance for Option I is 97 calendar days. Issuance date for the solicitation will be on or about July 28, 1997.
