The Human Resources Service (HRS), through the Program Support Center (PSC), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM), has a requirement for Personnel Operations Support Services in the following four categories: 1. Personnel Actions; 2. Recruitment Activities; 3. Classification and Related Activities such as Competitive Level Codes,and Position/Management/Organizational Studies; 4. Employee Relations and Labor Relations. Multiple awards of Indefinite Delivery-Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) contracts are anticipated. The contracts will be for one year, with four one-year options.
