It will include bathroom and shower renovations and associated plumbing. All work will be in accordance with all federal, state and local codes and laws, and life and safety codes, along with the project specifications and contract drawings. This Solicitation is Available for Full and Open Competition. The cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
