(NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC), is soliciting proposals on a full
and open competitive basis from qualified firms to award a single
contract for the restoration, conservation and replacement of
translucent marble panels and copper alloy metal beams at the Lincoln
Memorial in Washington, D.C. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be
issued approximately 15 days after publication of this notice. Requests
for Proposals must be requested in writing. Verbal requests or FAXed
requests for the RFP will not be honored. A non-refundable bid deposit
in the amount of $50.00 will be required for the RFP, which includes
a report entitled, "Lincoln Memorial Analysis of the Copper-Alloy
Ceiling Beams and Translucent Marble Panels." The deposit shall be in
the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made
payable to the National Park Service. Include the Tax Payer's
