The Government estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The standard industrial classification code is 1542, general contractors. Solicitation will be issued on or before 7/17/97. Bid opening is scheduled on 8/19/97 at 2:00 p.m., local time. All requests must be in writing with a $100 deposit for each set of specifications and plans (limit 2 sets). The deposit must be in the form of certified checks, cashiers check, or money order payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Refund wil be made upon the return of bid documents in good condition, without marks, notes or mutilations, within 20 calendar days after bid opening.
