Contractor shall develope and submit for approval procedures for demolition of existing concrete; sealing existing cracks over pipe gallery at Monoliths R23, L5, and L26; drilling; watertightness testing; and anchor fabrication including placing, grouting, placing of anchorage components at the stressing end, stressing, anchor performance testing, and anchor installation testing upon award of contract.
