The work will include the design and repair/upgrade of the following: Demolition of mechanical piping and HVAC systems (including appurtenances) along with existing fan coil units and construction of exhaust systems. Installation of two central air handler units (AHU's), controls for the new systems (HVAC and Exhaust), and a storage platform. Removal, installation and replacement of ductwork, diffusers, hot and cold water piping including insulation, and heaters and heater piping. The building will be occupied during construction. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. Contract performance is 200 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
