Description of content: Technical regulations containing a report and technical provisions on non-matured cheese and the technical specifications therefor, covering consultation rules, definitions, classification, and description, feedstock and other materials, general, sensorial, chemical and microbiological characteristics, sampling, testing and analysis methods, packaging and labelling, storage and transport, and conformity with other standards. 7. Objective and rationale: To regulate the requisite characteristics and technical specifications of fresh or non-matured cheese, so that they may be reflected in the processing of this product, for the sake of safe consumption. 8.
