70 -- CASS ELECTRO-OPTICS SUBSYSTEM+ LRIP UNITS POC Contact, Mark Diehl, Phone (703)604-2119 On a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronics & Systems Integration Division, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure seven (7) Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Electro-Optics Subsystem+(EOSS+) low rate initial production (LRIP) units, associated support and EOSS+ spares. Northrop Grumman Corporation as the sole designer, developer and integrator of the Electro-optics Subsystem+ console is the only known firm with the knowledge, production experience, technical data, data rights, special tooling and test equipment to meet the Government's requirements within the timeframes required to meet critical fleet operational requirements.
