This is a sole source procurement to Wind River Systems, 3666 Atlantic Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). The requirement is for 72 each VXWORKS Target Licenses agreements, Wind River Systems Part Number 140-1129-000, reference to development license 7417 which will be integrated into SPS-48E Radar. The required delivery date is 30 September 1997. The awardwill be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
