Materials of interest include, but are not limited to,tempered glass, polycarbonates, laminates etc. Of specific interest are the commercial availability of these items and approximate prices for the range of sizes available. Thin film coatings are also of interest. Trade secrets or proprietary information are not wanted and will not be accepted. The material furnished will be used as background information in guidance for design engineers. Specific price data will not be published but is desired as general guidance on the cost of such products. Reference to specific products may or may not be made in the Navy's design manual. Judgment of suitability of materials for presentation shall be at the sole discretion of the government. This notice is not an indication of the desire to purchase any glazing products.
