54 -- PREFABRICATED STRUCTURES AND SCAFFOLDING POC Contact Robin Smalley (757) 628-4142, Purchasing Agent -- SOURCES SOUGHT The U.S. Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command-Atlantic is seeking sources who can provide pre-engineered/pre-fabricated steel magazines for storage of Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E) and other high explosive materials. Magazines are to be constructed in accordance with ABC MilSpec NWSC 3046-93-1, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Regulation (27CFR Part 55) for Type I and Type II bullet-resistant magazines with modifications to meet U.S. Navy AA&E physical security requirements (OPNAVINST 5530.13A), and U.S. Navy safety requirements (OP5).
