Work includes replacement of the existing fire pump controller for the main fire pump, replacement of the pressure maintenance pump (jockey pump) controller, installing fire pump annunciator panel, installing new service disconnect (500 amp) for fire pump controller, performance of maintenance/inspection on pumps and motors (3 hp and 60 hp) to include replacing packing and seals with new; testing installed work and incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC code is 1711. Performance time is 120 calendar days.
