Gallagher (215) 697-9601 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a cost plus fixed fee indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for technical and logistics support, program analyses, and program management in support of the Navy Afloat Maintenance Training Strategy (NAMTS) for the NAVSEA Shipbuilding Support Office (NAVSHIPSO). The contractor shall support the development and implementation of the NAMTS which will provide a standard methodology for cost effective technical training and maintenance skill enhancement to Navy ship maintenance personnel ashore and afloat. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR 6.1. A twelve-month base period (comprised of 43,680 hours) and four twelve-month option periods (each comprised of 43,680 hours) are contemplated.
