Ryan 919/473-2111 x129, Contracting Officer Cape Hatteras National Seashore intends to award a contract for a base year and four option years for the pumping, cleaning, disinfecting and supplying of toilet tissue for approximately 32 portable toilets throughout the seashore. The toilets are located mainly in Dare County, N.C. but some are located on Ocracoke Island, Hyde County, N.C. During periods of high use, March 1 through September 30, the units are to be pumped twice per week, in periods of lesser use, October 1 through February 28, one pump per week is required.
