PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Maryland has a requirement for services to accomplish the repairs of both the upper and lower levels, planter area and pool area of the existing courtyard located within the area of Building 101. The work shall include cleaning and replacing paving stones, repair, replacement and sealing of paving joints, planter area parging/waterproofing, repair bridge deck and pool deck below bridge. The magnitude of construction for all work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business (SIC code 1771, size standard $5 million). Plans and specification will be available for purchase at the time the solicitation is issued on or about 11 July 1997.
