Replace interior doors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, bathroom fixtures including vanity, fittings, and floor tiles. Replacement of gypsum board walls, ceilings finishes, textured wall finishes and other related work. Project Number XDAT 95-4013 is to repair/maintain the exterior of 68 Capehart units. Project Number XDAT 95-4013 shall include but is not limited to the following: Replacing 1:12 roofs with 5:12 roofs, carport posts, exterior doors, evaporative coolers and furnace with 2.5 ton HVAC, overhead electrical services entrance to underground, main electric panels, siding and insulation, and other related work.
