Site Improvements, includes Sanitary Sewers, Storm Drainage, Prefabrication of Underground Heating/Cooling distribution System, Concrete Sidewalks and Curbs and Gutters, Turf, Trees, Shrubs, Ground covers and Vines, are in this work. The work shall be located at Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC. The proposals shall be evaluated based on technical and price considerations. Estimated cost is $5,000,000. to $10,000,000.00.
