Hewitt (202) 767-8028 The 11 CONS/LGCV, Bolling AFB DC, intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for Custodial Environmental Computer Room Cleaning Service, for Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency (AFPCA) consisting of 30,000 square feet subdivided room consisting mostly of raised flooring. Cleaning service shall include but not be limited to vacuuming, dusting, damp mopping, stripping and finishing of floors, cleaning of carpets, light fixtures, and trash removal. Basic contract period will be from 97 Oct 01 through 98 Sep 30 with four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed contract action is 100% small business set-aside. Interested parties should provide the contracting office, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days after this notice, evidence of their capability to perform the entire requirement.
