The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is soliciting proposals from contractors interested in providing technical assistance, training, limited commodities procurement, and other related services. Under a four (4) year award, the contractor shall significantly support achievement by USAID/Jordan of its targeted intermediate results objectives of: (1) substantially increasing access to sustainable finance (credit and savings services) for low income Jordanian micro- entrepreneurs, and (2) assuring significantly improved implementation in Jordan of market-oriented economic policy reforms through strengthening the "supply" (government) and "demand" (business associations) sides of improved reform and implementation of economic policies. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5" floppy disk (WordPerfect 5.1/5.2 format).
