The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to enter into a Sole-Source contract with Clestra Hauserman, of Arlington, VA, under the authority of 41 USC 253(c) (1) -- Only One Responsible Source. The procurement involves Clestra Hauserman Designer Wall partitions, with 9'3" ceiling height, and finished in warm white to match the existing conditions. These Designer Wall partition components are to be used for the modification of several rooms at the NIST Gaithersburg, MD facility. The components are required to be completely interchangeable with the existing Clestra Hauserman wall partitions that are installed within this space. The new components are required to be identical to the existing Clestra Hauserman components so as to permit rearrangements at the least cost and with minimum disruptions of normal functions.
