Additionally, the CD-ROM must provide, on at least a monthly basis, a detailed update reporter service which identifies and analyzes all key environmental decisions, legislative developments, and agency decisions. This acquisition is for approximately 25 annual subscriptions to the CD-ROM publication, which is to be delivered to various Army legal offices worldwide. The first installment of the subscriptions are to be delivered to the Army legal offices NLT 01 August 1997 and end with the July 1998 installments. Also to be included in the proposal are all back issues of the reporter service described above from 01 January 1997 through July 1997.
