Estimate range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
