Evaluation factors to be considered for award are (1) Experience of firm as a business organization; (2) Experience of key personnel that will have responsibility for performing the work; (3) Equipment; (4) Past performance of similar work; (5) Price. Contract period will be October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with two (2) additional one-year option periods. Multiple task orders will be issued during the contract period as work is needed.
