The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Area Office, Branch of Roads, requires road construction services which consists of Grade, Drain, and Aggregate Surface Course. Project No. M2(1)2&3, is on the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation, Otero County, New Mexico. Project length is 1.978 miles, with an estimated costs between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract performance time to complete work is established at 180 days. Measurement and payment for work performed or items furnished will be made in accordance with Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Project (FP-96) Section 109, Measurement and Payment. The bid packages will be available July 11, 1997, and bid opening will be August 12, 1997, at 10:00 a.m. (local time). Contract will be awarded on an "All or None" basis.
