The contractor shall provide all services, materials and equipment necessary for the maintenance/repair of (3) Narkmed 2B anesthesia machines, (1) vitalert 3200, (1) vitalert 2000. Four (4) preventive maintenance visists one during each of the following months of (October, January, April, July) to consist of a thorough check and necessary adjustments/repairs of the instrument components, including labor, materials, travel etc. Each visit will be scheduled with this facility's contracting officer representative, services included are calibration and certification in conjunction with replacement of consumables. These visits do not include work already covered by an existing equipment warranty. Estimated cost range of this procurement is between $25,000.00 to $50,000.00.
