Solicitation Number N00164-97-Q-0300 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This action is for the procurement of 3 each SATCOM Antennas, Chelton Electrostatics part number 19-409. The applicable SIC code is 3669. The Government will negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with the manufacturer Chelton Electrostatics utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Antenna must conform in form, fit and function for the Navy's EA-6B aircraft. These antennas must be fully qualified for the EA-6B aircraft. Required delivery date is 15July 97. Inspection and acceptance will be at the source. Quality Assurance requirement is IS0 9000 or equivalent commercial quality program. Acceptance will occur 14 days after notification of Cognizant DCMAO representative.
