Some of the existing materials contain lead based paint and asbestos containing materials which will be identified in the solication. Period of Performance is 120 Days after Notice to Proceed. Estimated Project Size is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Standard Industrial Code is 1541 for which the small business size standard is $17 million.
