The work includes furnishing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace existing obsolete interior Fire Alarm control Panels with intelligent, Addressible, Programable Fire Alarm Control Panels and replace existing Detection Devices, Pull Boxes and Alarms with new Addressible Detection Devices, Pull Boxes and alarms and incidental related work. This project is being issued under the simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation is unrestricted and open to all interested firms. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Standard Industrial Code is 1731. for purposes of completing the Representations and Certifications issued with the specification, any concren submitting a bid is classified as "small" if its annual receipts for its preceding three fiscal years do not exceed $7,000,000. Bid and Performance Bonds are not required; however, a Payment Bond will be required after award as specified in the solicitation.
