Work orders for projects shall be issued through individual delivery orders. This project includes, but is not limited to the repair and replacement of built-up roofs basewide. Projects will include the removal, disposal, and installation of built-up roof systems, flashing, insulation damaged fascia, metal flashing gravel, cant strips, roof gravel, shingle roof systems, metal roof decking, metal siding fans, vents, stacks, walls, partitions, gutters, downspouts, roof drains, EPDM systems, standing seam metal roofs, asbestos, wooden decking and associated hardware. The estimated cost of this project consisting of five years (base plus four option years) is more that $10,000,000.
