Provide all labor, material, supervision, equipment and tools necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in the following area: Counties of Clackamas, Lane, Multnomah, Washington, Wasco, Josephine, Curry, jefferson, Coos, Linn, Benton, Crook, Deschutes, Harney, Clatsop, Klamath, Douglas, Marion, Lincoln, Jackson in the State of Oregon, and Clark County in the State of Washington. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with the ability to perform construction projects with design capability ranging from approximately $25,000 to $500,000. The estimated cost of construction for a given year to be performed under the contract(s) awarded as a result of this solicitation is approximately $1,500,000. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates to make three awards under the subject solicitation. Individual delivery orders exceeding $2,000 may be competed amoung the selected firms under the contract unless the Government deems otherwise on an individual task order basis. Each contract will include price items. Individual delivery oreders may be issued solely on the basis of the line item prices, however, it is expected that the majority of the delivery orders will include work that is not covered by the line items. These delivery orders will be offered on a competitive basis to each contract. The requirement is being solicited through full and open competition. SIC Code 1542.
