Provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials
to perform renovation to the Aerial Port Facility, building 1732 in
accordance with the specifications and drawings. WRIITEN REQUESTS ONLY
-- fax requests accepted a t 609-724-5931. Renovation includes
exterior and interior removal and new work. Removal work requires as a
minimum the following; removal of exterior portions of conrete curbs
and walks, and asphalt paving, landscape timbers, plants ans shrubs,
door frames, hardware, windows, and sills built-up roofing system,
fascias, gutters, downspouts, and soffits CMU walls for new windows,
doors, and addition. Removal of interior portions ceiling finishes,
floor and wall finishes, interior partitions, door frames and hardware,
portions of concrete floor slab, mechanical plumbing and electrical
system fixtures and devices folding partition and track steel beams and
clolumns as indicated, vinyl asbestos floor tiles and asbestos
materials on piping. New work requires as a minimum the following;
provide NEW exterior concrete footings and CMU wall, curbs and walks,
brick veneer, and cast stone panels and trim, standing seam metal roof
system, windows, doors, frames, and hardware, asphalt paving,
Reinstall exisiting landscape timbers, plants and shrubs. Provide New
interior partitions, ceiling, floor and wall finishes, mechanical
plumbing, electrical system fixtures and devices, operable partition
and track, doors, frames, and hardware, toilet partitions, and
accessories concrete slab steel beams columns joists and deck fire
alarm system and extinguisher and window blinds. A firm-fixed price
contract is contemplated with a period of performance of 270 calendar
days from receipt of notice to proceed. A solicitation will be issued
on or about 10 July 1997. Proposed contract magnitude is between
$500,000 and $1,000,000. New work is subject to a $500,000 Statutory
Limitation. Standard Industrial Classification code for this
procurement is 1542. Any concern responding to this solicitation is
classified as a small business concern if the average annual receipts
of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years
do not exceed $17.0 million dollars. This requirement is full and open
without restrictions, all responsible small disadvantaged business
concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. *
