Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, etc. and perform all operations necessary to Replace Aircraft Parking Apron located on Andrews Air Force Base, MD. One job, 365 calendar day performance period. Estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work includes, but is not limited to, replace a portion of the west aircraft parking apron. Provide engineering and laboratory testing services, removal of material which includes concrete, base and subgrade to a depth of twenty-six (26) inches, provide a new crushed stone base course of six (6) inch thickness and a six (6) inch thick asphalt stabilized drainage layer under the new pavement, provide a new fourteen (14) inch thick Portland cement concrete pavement, provide new pavement markings on the new pavement, provide subgrade undercut, provide new asphalt transition between new and existing pavement, remove contaminated soil as specified, recompact subgrade, and provide new "Project Identification Signboard". The proposed procurement listed herein is being issued as an unrestricted acquisition.
