The principal features of this project shall include, but not limited to maintenance/repair of kitchens and baths of Military Family Housing FY74 (Onizuka Village) units. Tasks include removal work, kitchen/vanity cabinets, bi-fold doors, sheet vinyl flooring, painting, toilet and bath accessories, garbage disposers, range hoods, dishwashers, plumbing, ventilation, electrical, and incidental related work. The work also includes reinstallation of electrical ranges, refrigerators and water heaters. Install new dishwashers and other appliances including rangehoods and disposers. A solicitation will be issued on or about 22 July 97 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
