Craighill Channel Rear Range is located in the Chesapeake Bay at the approach to Baltimore Harbor, approx. 10 nautical miles from Baltimore. Water transportation is required to access the structure. Work includes the removal of lead based paint from the interior, replacement of siding sections, general repair of water damaged wood members, replacement of damaged stair treads, installation of plastic panes in currently boarded windows, replacement of an existing entrance door, installation of lighting, demolition of exterior landings, and repainting lower level steel members. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC is 1542.
