THIS PROJECT ALSO INCLUDES AN OPTION FOR INTERIOR REPAIRS: The work includes removal of existing interior asbestos containing materials and lead containing paint, removal of existing interior handrails and guardrails and provision of code complying handrails and guardrails, removal of existing interior finishes and provision for new finishes, removal of some existing interior wall partitions and provision for new room configurations, addition of a second floor men's toilet, removal of existing HVAC system and provision of a new HVAC system, addition of lighting and power, and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. (NOTE: If the option is awarded the estimated cost range for the project is increased to $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000.)
