The work will include design and installation of the following: a new retrofit SSMR system, a new HVAC System including ductwork and controls, new water heater, concrete condensing pad with split-face CMU screening wall, replacement of ceiling tiles, and any necessary construction/demolition to support the work. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. Contract performance is 210 calendar days. Project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. When requesting bid packages provide information as to whether your organization (with all affiliates) is large, small, or small disadvantaged business concern. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this soliciatlion until funds are available.
