H-100 and H-101 to a BEQ (Floors 3 through 6) and a Professional Development Center (Floor 2) and construction of a Damage Control Trainer Building and supporting facilities. Alterations includes work, paving, landscaping, asbestos abatement and demolition as indicated on drawings. New work shall include paving landscaping, concrete, steel, carpentry, roofing, metal doors and frames, wood doors, door hardware, gypsum board, ceramic tile, resilient tile flooring, carpet, painting, miscellaneous specialities, mechanical electrical and related incidental work.
