The estimated price range is between $400,000 and $600,000. Performance time is ninety (90) calendar days. All companies interested in receiving the solicitation for this project are required to submit documentation which shows their experience in the following areas, which are listed in descending order of importance: installation of caisson foundations, past FAA construction projects, erection of tall steel poles, electrical installation and general site work and layout. Contractors will be evaluated on the above listed criteria. After the evaluation of submittals is completed, a Request for Offer will be forwarded to those contractors who have been rated satisfactorily.
