Item 0001 includes but is not limited to: site preparation and excavation for the new foundation, new concrete foundation along with all cut and fill required, new pre-engineered metal building with restroom, new roll-up doors and personnel doors as required, new unit heaters, new elec trical lines and service to new building, new electrical lighting and power system, new asphalt paving around new building as shown, and painting as shown on drawings and specifications. Work will be performed at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama. Estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
